• Payment and Contract:

To accept your order, we must receive full payment for the goods ordered. Once we receive payment, we will confirm your order via email. This confirmation email will create a legally binding contract between us.

• Our Right to Refuse:

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including insufficient stock, delivery restrictions, or errors in pricing. If we refuse your order, we will notify you via email and refund your payment within 30 days. We will not offer additional compensation for disappointment.

• Price and Currency:

The prices for goods listed on our website are in USD. Delivery fees may apply and will also be listed on our website. Currency conversions on our website are provided for convenience only and may not be exact.

• Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 7 working days from the day after you ordered the goods without penalty. You must notify us in writing to cancel. If you received the goods before canceling, you must send them back at your own cost and risk. Special order items, such as custom garments, can only be returned if faulty or delivered in error. If you cancel, we will refund your payment within 30 days.

• Delivery and Ownership:

We will deliver the goods to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days. You become the owner of the goods when they are delivered to you. Once delivered, the goods are at your own risk.

• Fraud Prevention:

We may use the personal information you provide to conduct appropriate checks and disclose the information to a credit reference or fraud prevention agencies.

• Notices:

All notices from you to us must be in writing and sent via email to support@bebeesuit.com. All notices from us to you will be displayed on our website.

• Events Beyond Our Control:

We will not be liable for any failure to deliver goods, delays, or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

• Governing Law:

The contract between us will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved in English courts.

• Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions, along with our website information, set out our entire agreement with you. Any salesperson’s statements or representations do not form part of this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
