The 3 Layer Mesh Ultra Vented Beekeeping Jacket is purpose-built for beekeepers working around honey bee colonies, active hives, and apiary equipment. It combines a ventilated three-layer construction with sting-resistant protection to provide practical coverage during hive inspections, colony checks, and routine beekeeping tasks.

3-Layer Mesh Construction

The jacket is constructed with three ventilated layers, with durable polyester forming the outer layers and a sponged rubber layer providing the inner layer. This construction creates a protective barrier while the mesh design allows airflow through the garment.

The mesh fabric is also designed to be body-friendly and non-itching, helping make the jacket comfortable for extended periods of apiary work.

Designed for Movement Around the Hive

Beekeeping involves frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and handling hive equipment. The jacket features double-layered cuffs with Velcro straps and an adjustable waist elastic with a locking mechanism to help maintain a secure fit while you move around the apiary.

The full-length front zipper makes the jacket easy to put on and remove while also allowing additional ventilation when you're away from active hive work.

Removable Round Hood

The round hood provides head and face coverage during hive work and uses two-way YKK zippers for flexible positioning. The hood can be completely removed when required or flipped back when you want it out of the way.

A Velcro cover around the hood zipper provides additional coverage around the connection area.

Practical Storage for Apiary Work

The jacket includes one chest pocket and two side pockets, giving beekeepers convenient storage for small essentials while working around their hives.

The pocket arrangement keeps frequently needed items accessible without interfering with the beekeeper's movement during hive inspections and other apiary tasks.
