If you received the goods before canceling, you must send them back at your own cost and risk. Special order items, such as custom garments, can only be returned if faulty or delivered in error. If you cancel, we will refund your payment within 30 days.
We will deliver the goods to the address provided at the time of ordering. Delivery will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days. You become the owner of the goods when they are delivered to you. Once delivered, the goods are at your own risk.

All notices from you to us must be in writing and sent via email to support@bebeesuit.com. All notices from us to you will be displayed on our website.
We will not be liable for any failure to deliver goods, delays, or damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
The contract between us will be governed by English law and any disputes will be resolved in English courts.
These terms and conditions, along with our website information, set out our entire agreement with you. Any salesperson’s statements or representations do not form part of this agreement unless agreed upon in writing.
